I am an insured, self employed plumber serving my (mostly)domestic clients in the Poole, Bournemouth, Ringwood and Fordingbridge area.
Standard service Call Monday - Saturday 8am -8pm.
My "Standard Service Call" includes up to one hour's labour. For domestic customers this also includes all internal blockages.
If I can't fix the problem in that time, then I don't make a charge, and we leave you with an estimate FREE OF CHARGE and without obligation. In this unlikely event I will be happy to provide you with a free and without obligation estimate for any work that can't be completed within my one hour standard service call.
This should be enough to complete most small jobs and repairs and make safe any emergency situations.
My Emergency, Evening and Sunday Service Call
Out of hours and Sunday service call will incur a minimum set charge and include up to one hour's labour.
I will also leave a free estimate for any further work or repairs. Free estimates can be given on Sundays for larger works.
